Mosaic Hotels has promoted Avadhesh Sharma to the role of Director of Sales as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen commercial leadership across its portfolio.

In his new position, Avadesh will lead the sales strategy for the company’s leisure-focused properties. His responsibilities include driving business through travel trade channels and distribution partners, expanding market presence, building strategic relationships, and supporting revenue growth across the portfolio.

Avadesh has been associated with Mosaic Hotels and has contributed to its commercial performance in previous roles. Prior to joining the company, he held sales positions at Country Inn Hotels & Resorts and Leisure Hotels Limited, where he gained experience across leisure, corporate, and travel trade segments.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), Gwalior, along with a Master’s degree in Mathematics.

The promotion comes as Mosaic Hotels continues to expand its footprint with recent additions including Mosaic Go Chail, Mosaic Connect Ayodhya, and Mosaic Go Star Grand in Navi Mumbai.
