Sandeep Basu Appointed as Chief Executive Officer at OPO Hotels & Resorts

OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Sandeep Basu as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Sandeep Basu brings over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held senior leadership roles across several well-known hotel chains in India.

In his new role, Basu will lead the company’s growth strategy and oversee business transformation, portfolio expansion, and brand development. He will also focus on building a wider network of managed and franchised hotels under the OPO brand, while strengthening operations and improving overall efficiency.

OPO Hotels & Resorts, established in 2014, currently operates over 450 rooms with more than 1,000 rooms in the pipeline. The company plans to expand its presence in key domestic markets while exploring opportunities in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
