Royal Park Hotel Appoints Autumn Griffith as General Manager

Royal Park Hotel has appointed Autumn Griffith as General Manager. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on guest experience, financial performance, and team engagement.
Autumn Griffith brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience, with a background in boutique and lifestyle properties. She most recently served as General Manager of Daxton Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, where she led the property for over four years, managing day-to-day operations, financial planning, and forecasting, and overseeing its transition into the Curio Collection brand. Her tenure included cross-functional leadership across departments and initiatives aimed at strengthening the hotel’s market positioning.
Prior to this, Autumn held the role of Regional General Manager with Common Thread Hotels, where she directed operations for boutique properties including Sparrows Lodge and Holiday House. She has also held leadership roles with Soho House in West Hollywood and Chicago, managing private membership clubs and implementing strategies to support revenue growth and member engagement.
Autumn is recognised for her collaborative leadership approach and operational focus, with experience in driving performance while maintaining team culture and employee engagement.
Her appointment comes as Royal Park Hotel continues to build on its recent renovation, with an emphasis on strengthening its positioning in the regional market and enhancing the overall guest experience.
