Radisson Individuals Expands in Germany with HARBR. Hotels in Konstanz and Heilbronn
Radisson Individuals has expanded its presence in southern Germany with the opening of HARBR. Hotel Konstanz and HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn. Together with HARBR. Hotel Ludwigsburg, the additions bring the HARBR. lifestyle hotel concept to three destinations across the state of Baden-Württemberg.
HARBR. Hotel Konstanz
Located near the Seerhein promenade and Herosé Park, HARBR. Hotel Konstanz offers convenient access to Lake Constance while combining urban design with a relaxed setting. The hotel features 76 rooms and studios, including kitchenette options suitable for both short and extended stays. Digital services such as mobile key access and online check-in are available.
Guests can start the day with a breakfast buffet offering regional and international items. Dining options include the Living Room restaurant, serving à la carte dishes and light meals, and the Spelunke bar, which offers cocktails, local beers, regional wines, and the hotel’s coffee blend in a maritime-inspired setting.
Additional facilities include bicycle rentals, parking and electric vehicle charging stations. For meetings and larger events, the hotel partners with nearby venues, including the Bodenseeforum Konstanz.
HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn
Situated along the Neckar River in Heilbronn’s Zukunftspark district, HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn provides a base for visitors to the surrounding wine region. The property comprises 127 rooms and suites, including 15 long-stay apartments with kitchenettes. Four Junior Suites include private terraces overlooking the river.
Dining follows the HARBR. concept with a regional breakfast buffet, casual offerings at the Living Room restaurant and evening service at the Spelunke bar, featuring signature drinks, seasonal selections and wines from local vineyards. Hotel amenities include on-site parking, bicycle rentals and EV charging.
Wellness facilities include a fitness studio, sauna, and rooftop terrace with views of the river and city. For business travellers, the hotel offers two meeting rooms: the Reederei boardroom for up to 14 participants and the Freihafen meeting room for up to eight guests. Larger events can be accommodated in partnership with the nearby WTZ Conference Centre.
Commenting on the expansion, Thomas Fülster, Managing Director of DQuadrat Living GmbH, said that the addition of Konstanz and Heilbronn brings the three HARBR. hotels under the Radisson Individuals brand for the first time, while allowing each property to retain its local character.
