Hilton Chania Old Town Resort Brings New Hospitality Experience to Crete
Hilton has opened Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa, introducing its flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to Chania, Crete. Located close to the city’s historic Old Town, the hotel combines accommodation, dining, wellness and event facilities for both business and leisure travellers.
The resort is situated just a five-minute walk from Chania’s Old Town and around 20 minutes from the airport, providing convenient access to the city’s cultural attractions and the Aegean coastline.
Accommodation and Facilities
The property features 85 guest rooms and suites, each with a private balcony and heated pool. Selected rooms also feature in-room saunas and Aegean Sea views.
Facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, a botanical garden, a spa, a fitness centre and a range of spaces designed for relaxation, meetings and social events.

David Kelly, Senior Vice President, Continental Europe, Hilton, said the opening marks the return of the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to Greece while supporting the company’s continued growth across the country.
Dining Experiences
The hotel offers several dining venues, including Poème de la Canée, an all-day restaurant serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails and live entertainment.
The rooftop venue, Céleste, features an infinity pool alongside an all-day menu and panoramic sea views.
The hotel also introduces Fauchon Café Pâtisserie to Greece, offering pastries, desserts, sandwiches and afternoon tea. Guests can also visit The C Bar, serving premium spirits and cigars, or relax in Little Galaxy, a rooftop botanical garden designed for quiet moments and private events.
Wellness and Events
The L’Occitane en Provence Spa offers face and body treatments, hammam facilities, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation spaces. Guests also have access to indoor and outdoor heated pools and a fully equipped fitness centre.
The hotel includes flexible event and conference facilities suitable for meetings, weddings, corporate events and private celebrations throughout the year.
Supporting Tourism in Chania
Lambros Tsiledakis, Vice President of Development and Operations at Tsiledakis Group, said the project has been developed as a year-round destination that supports tourism, international visitors and the local economy while preserving the character of Chania.
The hotel also participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty programme, allowing members to earn and redeem points while accessing member benefits during their stay.
