Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach has announced a series of leadership promotions across finance, learning and development, and food and beverage, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen internal talent and leadership capabilities.

Nageswara Rao Dachepalli- Promoted to Finance Controller

Nageswara Rao Dachepalli has been promoted to Finance Controller. In his previous role as Finance Manager, he was involved in financial planning, compliance, and reporting processes. In his new position, he will oversee the hotel’s financial operations and support operational efficiency.

Nisha Butwani- Promoted to Learning & Development Manager

Nisha Butwani has been elevated to Learning & Development Manager. With over six years of experience within the Accor ecosystem, she has contributed to employee engagement, training programmes, and compliance initiatives. In her new role, she will continue to focus on learning initiatives and team development.

Naval Tripathi- Promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Naval Tripathi has been promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. He has been associated with the hotel’s food and beverage operations and has experience in banquet and dining services. In his expanded role, he will support service delivery, operational processes, and guest experience initiatives.
