APPOINTMENT
Crowne Plaza Lucknow by IHG has announced the appointment of Prince Singh as the new Learning & Quality Manager.
In this role, Prince will be responsible for driving training initiatives, enhancing employee development, and ensuring quality standards, with a focus on elevating guest satisfaction.
He most recently served as Cluster Assistant Manager- Learning & Development at Ibis Styles Goa Vagator and Ibis Styles Goa Calangute. His earlier career with Accor also included roles as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development and Learning & Development Executive at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road.
Prince began his hospitality career in food and beverage operations with renowned brands such as The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Accor . Later he transitioned into training and development, building expertise in instructional design, coaching, leadership development, compliance management, and quality assurance.
