In his previous role as the Director of Operations at The Westin Chennai Velachery, Shreyas spearheaded various initiatives that garnered accolades and significantly elevated the hotel's operational excellence. His innovative approach and strategic management led to enhanced guest experiences and streamlined processes throughout the property. 

Before this, as the Director of Food and Beverage at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, Shreyas set remarkable benchmarks for service quality and operational efficiency. He crafted unique dining experiences that delighted guests while optimizing resources to maximize profitability.

Shreyas's impressive career also includes pivotal contributions at The Westin Mumbai Garden City and The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. There, he demonstrated a keen focus on revenue growth and guest engagement, implementing strategies that resonated with clients and earned him widespread acclaim in the industry.
