OPO Hotels Adds New Managed Property in Karol Bagh, New Delhi

OPO Hotels & Resorts has expanded its presence in Delhi NCR with the addition of a new managed property in Karol Bagh. The hotel features over 30 rooms, a contemporary restaurant, a café, and a rooftop bistro, offering a range of dining and stay options in one of the capital’s busiest commercial areas.
The agreement for the property was completed two months ago, and the hotel is now fully operational. OPO Hotels assumed management following the property’s renovation, aligning the design and guest experience with the brand’s focus on functional spaces, consistent service, and modern traveller expectations.
Karol Bagh remains a high-demand micro-market in New Delhi, driven by steady corporate traffic, strong connectivity, and regular visitor activity. Its blend of business and leisure travellers makes it a strategic location for OPO Hotels as the company strengthens its footprint in central Delhi. The brand continues to identify neighbourhood clusters where mid-scale accommodation options remain in demand, and the Karol Bagh area aligns well with this approach.
Sandeep Basu, CEO of OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., said, “Karol Bagh has a distinct character, and we are pleased to establish our presence here. This property allows us to serve guests seeking comfort, accessibility, and a welcoming environment in a central part of Delhi. Our aim is to offer a stay experience that feels simple, dependable, and suited to today’s traveller.”
The Karol Bagh opening aligns with OPO’s broader growth plan for Delhi NCR. This region remains a priority due to its mix of business hubs, transport connections, and leisure demand. By entering established neighbourhoods across the city, the company is working toward building a network of accessible hospitality options that address evolving guest needs while supporting long-term expansion.
With this addition, OPO Hotels continues to grow across key urban markets in India and to expand its presence in locations with high commercial and travel activity.
