APPOINTMENT

Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Mr. Rajesh Kattakam as Vice President – Sales and Business Development.
In this role, he will be responsible for leading the group’s sales and business development functions across its portfolio in India.
With close to two decades of experience in hospitality sales, Kattakam brings exposure to market strategy, revenue planning, and relationship management. His responsibilities at Rosetta Hospitality include overseeing pan-India sales operations across corporate, leisure, MICE, and experiential travel segments. He will also be involved in driving strategic partnerships and supporting the development of guest offerings aligned with the brand’s positioning.

Kattakam has previously worked with national and international hospitality brands, including Royal Orchid Hotels and Accor. During his career, he has been associated with building sales teams, managing partnerships, and contributing to commercial growth across multiple market segments. His professional experience includes enterprise sales, multi-segment expansion, and commercial alliance development.
In addition to sales leadership, his role at Rosetta Hospitality will include responsibilities linked to the group’s development initiatives. This will involve engaging with potential asset owners and partners evaluating lease, lease-back, and other collaborative operating structures.
