APPOINTMENT
JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Kelvin Lee as the new Director of Rooms.
Kelvin brings over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with expertise in operational excellence across several hotel brands
An alumnus of the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, Kelvin has worked with renowned properties such as The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Oberoi Amarvilas, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, Trident Bandra Kurla Mumbai, and The Oberoi Gurgaon.
His professional background include key roles in rooms division operations, Food & Beverage, and pre-opening assignments.
He has been associated with the launch of Trident Hyderabad and ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata. Prior to joining JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Lee served as Front Office Manager at The Oberoi Amarvilas, where he was responsible for guest experience and front office operations. He has also held a front office leadership role at Trident Jaipur, overseeing hotel operations, financial performance, and team management.

In his current role, Kelvin will oversee the Rooms Division at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, with a focus on service delivery, operational efficiency, and guest experience across all room-related functions.
