APPOINTMENT
Adani Group has announced the appointment of Rajneesh Malhotra as the new Country Head- Hospitality, Asset Management, and Business Development at Adani Realty.
This strategic appointment comes at a time when Adani Group plans to strengthen its hospitality assets across India.
With a career spanning over three decades, Rajneesh brings extensive experience in hotel development, brand collaborations, and asset management.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Chalet Hotels for six years, where he oversaw a multi-branded portfolio. He has also served as Regional Director of Operations- South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group.
Rajneesh has also been building his own advisory venture, All About Hotels, focusing on consulting developers and investors in the hospitality space.
In his new role as Country Head, Rajneesh will spearhead the growth and strategic direction of Adani Realty’s hospitality portfolio, overseeing asset management, brand partnerships, and business development initiatives to strengthen the group’s presence across India’s evolving real estate and hospitality landscape.
