Eric Myers Promoted to SVP, Franchise Development at My Place Hotels of America

My Place Hotels of America, an affiliated company of The Rivett Organization, has announced the promotion of Eric Myers to Senior Vice President of Franchise Development.

In his new role, Myers will lead franchise growth and strengthen collaboration across The Rivett Organization’s vertically integrated platform, aligning franchise development with construction and operations teams. He will work closely with Chief Development Officer Brian Quinn to advance strategic development priorities, with a focus on disciplined expansion and long-term brand growth.

Myers joined The Rivett Organization in 2015 as Vice President of Development and transitioned into franchise development in 2018. Since then, he has played a key role in expanding the My Place brand, bringing a practical, owner-focused perspective to real estate and franchise growth.

His promotion reflects both his contributions to the organisation and its continued focus on strengthening leadership to support future expansion.
