Lodging Dynamics Promotes Candice Miller to VP of Operations

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has promoted Candice Miller to Vice President of Operations.

In her new role, Miller will oversee the company’s operational platform, with regional directors of operations, the operations excellence manager, and the director of food and beverage reporting to her. The structure is intended to support clear accountability and consistent execution across the portfolio, with a focus on improving property-level performance.

Miller joined Lodging Dynamics as Regional Director of Operations and has contributed to improving collaboration and operational consistency across the portfolio. Her approach aligns with the company’s “Hoteliers at Heart” philosophy, which combines structured execution with a people-focused culture.

She brings over 15 years of experience across luxury and lifestyle resorts, with experience in managing complex, amenity-driven properties. Her background includes roles as area director of operations, general manager, and director of sales and marketing, where she worked across both operations and revenue functions.

Miller has also been involved in renovation and repositioning projects, along with developing food and beverage concepts and supporting improvements in guest experience and overall asset performance.
