Minor Hotels to Launch NH Hua Hin, Expanding Select-Service Portfolio in Thailand

Minor Hotels has announced the upcoming launch of NH Hua Hin in Thailand’s seaside destination of Hua Hin. Minor Hotels will assume management of the property from 16 January 2026, marking another step in the group’s expansion of its select-service hotel offering in Asia.

NH Hua Hin will feature 152 rooms and suites, ranging from 30 square metres, with city and mountain views. The hotel will cater to both leisure and business travellers, offering a mix of deluxe rooms, family rooms with bunk beds, and one-bedroom suites, all designed to balance comfort and functionality.

The hotel will offer three food and beverage venues:

  • An all-day dining restaurant serving international dishes and local cuisine

  • A lobby café with light meals and beverages throughout the day

  • A rooftop bar beside the infinity pool, offering sunset views

Recreational facilities will include a rooftop swimming pool, a Kids’ Club with indoor and outdoor areas, and a fitness centre.

For corporate and social gatherings, NH Hua Hin offers a 110 sq m function room that accommodates up to 90 guests, suitable for meetings, workshops, and private events.

Located approximately 200 km south of Bangkok, Hua Hin is known for its long-standing role as a seaside retreat. NH Hua Hin is situated at the southern end of the town, around 400 metres from Hua Hin Beach, with access to attractions such as Cicada Night Market, Hua Hin Night Market, BLÚPORT Hua Hin, and Market Village Hua Hin. The hotel also serves as a base for exploring Prachuap Khiri Khan province, including Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park and Pa-La-U Waterfall in Kaeng Krachan National Park.

Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International, said the launch brings the NH Hotels & Resorts brand to its third city in Thailand, complementing the group’s existing luxury and premium portfolio in the region.

Property owners Enrich Poranimmit, represented by Executive Directors Pakornkit Rangnoktai and Keita Maeda, stated that the partnership with Minor Hotels supports the property’s long-term positioning, leveraging Minor’s operating experience in Hua Hin.

NH Hua Hin will become the fourth NH Hotels & Resorts property in Thailand, joining NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard, NH Bangkok Asoke, and NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort. The opening will also strengthen Minor Hotels’ presence in Hua Hin, alongside Anantara Hua Hin Resort and Avani+ Hua Hin.

The rebranding reflects Minor Hotels’ continued focus on growing its select-service portfolio across key destinations in Asia.
