MGallery Collection Introduces New Destinations for 2026
MGallery Collection has outlined a series of new hotel openings scheduled for 2026, expanding its portfolio across Australia, the Maldives, France, and Thailand. The upcoming properties reflect the brand’s focus on location-led design and culturally informed hospitality experiences.
According to the group, the new additions will strengthen its presence in resort and leisure destinations, with openings planned between January and April 2026.
Maldives: Repositioned Island Resort to Reopen Under MGallery

Formerly operating as Mirihi Island Resort, V Villas Maldives at Mirihi – MGallery Collection is set to reopen in January 2026 following renovation and expansion. Redesigned by Studio Gronda, the property will offer 42 villas, including beachfront and overwater categories, along with multi-bedroom options featuring private pools.
The resort draws design inspiration from local Maldivian elements and is positioned within a protected lagoon and reef environment, with a focus on low-density accommodation and integration with the natural surroundings.
Australia: New Resort Planned for Noosa

In Queensland, Elysium Noosa Resort – MGallery Collection is scheduled to open in February 2026. Located on Hastings Street near Noosa National Park and Laguna Bay, the resort will include 175 rooms, comprising suites and villas.
Food and beverage venues will include an all-day restaurant and a poolside bar, with menus designed around regional produce. The architectural concept prioritises natural light, neutral materials and indoor-outdoor transitions consistent with the coastal setting.
France: Island Hotel on Oléron Scheduled for Spring Opening

Le Bel Hôtel Oléron – MGallery Collection, located off France’s west coast, is expected to open in April 2026. The property will feature 102 rooms and suites overlooking either the Atlantic Ocean or surrounding pine forests.
Set within a protected Natura 2000 area, the hotel will include a restaurant, bars, beach service and a marine spa and thalassotherapy centre. Culinary direction is being developed in collaboration with chef Pierre Gagnaire.
Thailand: Two Phuket Properties in Development

In Phuket, two MGallery properties are scheduled to open in April 2026.
Kamaliss MontAzure Phuket – MGallery Collection will be located within the MontAzure development in Kamala and will offer 150 rooms positioned between hillside terrain and the Andaman Sea. The resort layout incorporates lagoon-facing spaces and access to nearby entertainment and lifestyle offerings.
Meanwhile, Navera Phuket – MGallery Collection will consist of 19 individually designed villas overlooking Surin Beach. The project combines contemporary Thai design influences with references to maritime and Sino-Portuguese architectural elements.

Maud Bailly, CEO Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, said, “Each upcoming opening enriches our brand’s portfolio of signature hotels, where every stay becomes a memorable and meaningful experience. Designed to celebrate local and unique character, our hotels invite travellers to discover new places, new atmospheres and new stories to experience. We are extremely proud of our pipeline of 5 upcoming openings and look forward to welcoming guests to these new destinations around the world.”
