Lemon Tree Hotels to Open New Property in Dehradun
Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of Lemon Tree Hotel, Mohkampur, Dehradun. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Mohkampur, Dehradun will feature 98 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other facilities. The Jolly Grant Airport is about 18 km away, while Dehradun Railway Station is about 9 km from the hotel. Located within the Mall of Dehradun, the city’s premier lifestyle and retail destination, the hotel will provide guests with access to a range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Dehradun, situated in the Doon Valley at the foothills of the Himalayas, is the capital of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Known for its landscape, climate, and educational institutions, it is also conveniently located near Mussoorie and other hill stations. The city is home to institutions such as the Indian Military Academy, Forest Research Institute, and the Surveyor-General of India. It is renowned for its Basmati rice and bakery products.
