EaseMyTrip Appoints Nishant Pitti as New Chairman & Managing Director

EaseMyTrip has announced the appointment of its Co-Founder, Nishant Pitti, as the new Chairman and Managing Director.

Pitti has been associated with EaseMyTrip since its inception in June 2008, playing a key role in the platform’s evolution into one of India’s prominent travel-tech companies over the past 17 years.

In his new capacity, he will be responsible for steering the company’s overall strategic direction, operations, and future expansion initiatives.

The company is currently transitioning into a diversified platform, leveraging its existing customer base and brand presence to explore new verticals.

The company has also reiterated its stance on promoter alignment with shareholder interests.
