Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West has announced the appointment of Kunal Kachhatiya as its new Food & Beverage Manager.
In this role, he will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s dining and beverage services while driving the culinary guest experience. With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kunal has worked across several reputed hotel brands. His career includes leadership roles at The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, where he contributed to operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, restaurant operations, event planning, and banquet management. Throughout his tenure, he has been known for pursuing excellence and innovation across various F&B functions.
At Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West, Kunal will be responsible for enhancing the hotel’s food and beverage offerings, developing high-performing teams focused on guest-first service, and leveraging market insights to strengthen the property’s positioning. He will also work closely with the culinary leadership team to curate wholesome menus, beverage programs, and engaging guest experiences.
