Signia by Hilton to Expand Global Portfolio with New Openings Through 2028
Signia by Hilton is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with plans to double its portfolio by 2028. After making its international debut with the opening of Signia by Hilton Amman earlier this year, the brand is continuing to expand with confirmed projects in Tainan, Jaipur, and Cairo, as well as additional developments in key U.S. cities, including San Antonio, Hollywood, Indianapolis, and Savannah. Since 2021, Signia by Hilton has nearly tripled its room count.
This growth supports Hilton’s luxury and lifestyle segment, which has reached 1,000 hotels worldwide. In 2025, Hilton expects to add about three hotels per week within this segment, with Signia by Hilton contributing to that momentum.

According to Meghan Fitzgerald, brand leader for Signia by Hilton, the brand is expanding into new markets while maintaining its focus on delivering thoughtful experiences in design, service, and events.
International Growth Highlights

Signia by Hilton Amman (Jordan): Opened in early 2025 as the brand’s first property outside the United States. The hotel features 272 rooms and suites, as well as wellness facilities, an entertainment center, and meeting spaces accommodating up to 3,400 guests.

Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk (Egypt): Set to open alongside Signia Residences Cairo Skywalk, featuring 200 guest rooms, dining venues, meeting facilities, and serviced apartments.

U.S. Expansion

Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort (Florida): Rebranding in 2026 following updates to its public spaces and recreation areas.
