Sandipan Kahali Appointed Food & Beverage Manager of ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad

ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Sandipan Kahali as its new Food & Beverage Manager.

Sandipan brings more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality with extensive expertise in food and beverage management, banqueting operations, pre-openings, guest relations and team leadership.

Over the course of his career, Sandipan has worked with renowned ITC Hotels across key markets including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Jaipur. 

Prior to joining ITC Narmada, Sandipan served as Food & Beverage Manager at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur, where he led the F&B portfolio comprising multiple outlets, in-room dining, takeaway and banqueting operations. Earlier, Sandipan held several progressive roles at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, spanning restaurants, in-room dining, lounges, beverages, and banquet operations.

In his new role as Food & Beverage Manager at ITC Narmada, Sandipan will lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations, focusing on service excellence, offering curated culinary experiences, improving guest engagement and strategy revenue growth for the hotel.
