ITC Hotels Plans Expansion in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

The Welcomhotel Hyderabad Panjagutta will feature 117 rooms and over 800 sq. meters of meeting space, while Welcomhotel Nellore will offer 127 rooms and over 2,600 sq. meters of meeting space.

ITC Hotels to Expand in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with Two New Properties

ITC Hotels Limited has signed agreements with DSR Hospitality Services to develop two new managed hotels in Nellore and Hyderabad under the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels brand. These properties will expand ITC Hotels’ presence in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The Welcomhotel Hyderabad Panjagutta will feature 117 rooms and over 800 sq. meters of meeting space, while Welcomhotel Nellore will offer 127 rooms and over 2,600 sq. meters of meeting space.

Commenting on the projects, Anil Chadha, MD of ITC Hotels, said: “We are pleased to collaborate with DSR Hospitality Services for Welcomhotel properties in Hyderabad and Nellore, supporting our strategy to grow into new cities and expand ITC Hotels’ presence across India.”

DSR Hospitality representatives added that the projects are significant for the group, and they look forward to working with ITC Hotels to bring its hospitality and food & beverage offerings to these markets.
