IHG Signs Management Agreement for Holiday Inn Resort Lonavala

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Emproy Hospitality LLP to develop the Holiday Inn Resort Lonavala. It is scheduled to open in 2027. This signing reflects IHG’s commitment to expanding in the essentials category and promoting growth across leisure destinations in India.

The upcoming Holiday Inn Resort, nestled in the greenery of Lonavala, will offer travellers a scenic retreat. Conveniently located along NH-48 Expressway, the property will benefit from excellent visibility and easy access. The resort will exemplify the Holiday Inn brand’s commitment to comfort and guest-centred service, featuring 100 rooms, three dining venues, and various recreational amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre.

IHG currently operates 51 hotels across six brands in India, including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort and Holiday Inn Express. The company also has a pipeline of 72 hotels expected to open within the next three to five years.
