Hyatt Regency Gurgaon Appoints Gaurrav Sharmma as Director of Food & Beverage
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Gaurrav Sharmma as Director of Food & Beverage. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings expertise in food and beverage operations, guest engagement, and team leadership across luxury hotels and lifestyle destinations.
Throughout his career, Sharmma has worked with hospitality brands including The Oberoi Group, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Marriott International, The St. Regis Mumbai, FIVE Palm Jumeirah, and Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark in Dubai.
Before joining Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, he led Food & Beverage operations at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi in Dubai. In this role, he managed multiple dining and entertainment venues, including Barasti Beach, while overseeing operational performance, guest experiences, and food and beverage strategies.
In his new position, Gaurrav Sharmma will be responsible for leading the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations and strategy. His focus will include enhancing guest experiences, driving innovation across dining concepts, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting the continued growth of the hotel’s culinary offerings.
Sharmma is known for his people-focused approach and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences. He believes hospitality is built on meaningful interactions, attention to detail, and creating lasting impressions for guests.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys fitness, travel, music, and exploring different cultures and experiences.
