APPOINTMENT
Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Amit Chawla as its new Director of Operations.
Amit brings over 22 years of experience in hospitality operations, team leadership, and hotel openings across leading brands. He joins from Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he served as Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing a wide portfolio of dining outlets, in-room dining operations, large-scale banquet functions, and outdoor catering.
Amit has been a key part of multiple hotel openings and large-scale operational readiness. He has played an important role in building food and beverage frameworks and training teams.
He has been a part of renowned brands, including Marriott, Carlson, IHG, Jaypee Palace, along with several pre-opening and transition projects.
Amit has also managed complex operations involving multiple dining outlets and expansive banquet facilities. His contributions have been recognized through various industry accolades.
In his new role at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, he will oversee day-to-day operations, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to enhancing overall guest experiences.
