Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Apurav Bhatia as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Apurav brings a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. His career also holds key leadership roles across luxury food & beverage outlets including operational excellence, developing new beverage-led concepts and managing large-scale banqueting.
In his new role at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, Apurav will oversee complete food and beverage operations, including restaurant outlets, bars, in-room dining, and events. His mandate also involves strengthening guest experiences through thoughtful menu curation, service refinement, and the integration of local culinary narratives presented in modern formats.
