Hilton Adelaide East End to Open as Part of Arcadia Mixed-Use Project

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Hilton Adelaide East End, a new-build hotel planned for 299 Pirie Street in Adelaide’s CBD.

The 27-storey property will feature 251 guestrooms and will form part of Arcadia, a mixed-use development led by Auriga Investments. The hotel will operate under a franchise agreement with Hilton and will be managed by Trilogy Hotels.

Located just over one kilometre from Rundle Mall and Adelaide’s East End precinct, the hotel is positioned close to dining, nightlife and cultural venues. The development is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers visiting the city.

Tushar Raniga, Director of Development Australasia at Hilton, said the project represents Hilton’s return to Adelaide with a contemporary flagship hotel aligned with the city’s ongoing urban growth.

The hotel’s accommodation will include guestrooms ranging from 31 to 140 square metres. Planned facilities include multiple food and beverage venues, a recreation deck, meeting and event spaces spanning 303 square metres, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.

Arcadia has been designed as a mixed-use precinct combining residential spaces with hospitality and lifestyle offerings. According to Auriga Investment Group, the project aims to contribute to Adelaide’s CBD activity and support the city’s year-round events and tourism sector.
