Hilton Jaipur Appoints Ayushi Garg Bhattacharya as Commercial Director

Hilton Jaipur has announced the appointment of Ayushi Garg Bhattacharya as Commercial Director, further strengthening its commercial leadership team.
As Jaipur continues to grow as a key destination for luxury travel, destination weddings, and large-scale events, this appointment reflects the hotel’s focus on enhancing its market position and commercial strategy.
Ayushi brings extensive experience across leading global hospitality brands, including Taj Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Accor. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing with Taj, where she played a key role in leveraging data-driven insights alongside strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning across her portfolio. She began her career with Taj as a Sales Executive and has since built a diverse cross-brand experience across key markets.
Known for her ability to integrate multiple revenue streams, Ayushi has developed a strong foundation in sales strategy, marketing, and commercial leadership. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s commercial vision, focusing on driving revenue strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and supporting sustained business growth within Jaipur’s competitive hospitality landscape.
An alumna of University of Delhi, Ayushi’s appointment also marks a return closer to where she spent her early academic years. Outside of her professional role, she is a trained classical dancer and has a keen interest in music.
