Hayes Mansion San Jose, Curio Collection by Hilton Appoints Isabelle Matter as General Manager

Hayes Mansion, Curio Collection by Hilton in San Jose has appointed Isabelle Matter as General Manager. In this role, she will oversee overall hotel operations.

Isabelle brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry across luxury, lifestyle, and full-service segments. She joins from The Clift Royal Sonesta in San Francisco, where she served as General Manager and was responsible for managing operations at the 372-room property.

Prior to this, she was the opening General Manager of Hotel Caza in San Francisco from 2019 to 2023, where she oversaw the hotel’s launch and initial operations. Her earlier experience includes General Manager roles at YOTEL San Francisco, Hotel De Anza, and properties under Joie de Vivre Hospitality, including Hotel Los Gatos & Spa and The Moorpark Hotel.

Throughout her career, Isabelle has been involved in hotel openings, operational management, and team leadership across multiple properties in the Bay Area.

Hayes Mansion is a historic property listed on the National Register of Historic Places and offers accommodation, dining, and event spaces in San Jose.
