Ramada by Wyndham Doha Old Town Appoints Soumodip Bag as Duty Manager

Ramada by Wyndham Doha Old Town has appointed Soumodip Bag as Duty Manager. In this role, he oversees front office operations, guest services, and daily hotel functioning.

Soumodip Bag brings experience in front office operations and guest relations, with prior associations including Kenilworth Hotel Kolkata and Tamassa Mauritius. He has also been associated with hospitality operations during a global sporting event in Doha.

He joined Ramada by Wyndham Doha Old Town in 2023 and has progressed through multiple roles, including Receptionist and Night Auditor, Night Auditor, and Front Office Supervisor, before taking on his current position as Duty Manager.

Earlier in his career, he worked as Front Office Receptionist at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata, where he handled guest services, check-in and check-out processes, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams. He also completed industrial training at Tamassa, Mauritius, gaining exposure to core hotel departments, along with on-the-job training at IndiSmart Hotel.

In his current role, he is responsible for supervising front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting overall hotel operations.
