MERIT Beauty Debuts Hospitality Partnership with The Ritz-Carlton
The Ritz-Carlton has announced a partnership with MERIT Beauty, marking the beauty brand’s first collaboration with a hospitality company.
Launched on 14 July, the partnership introduces a range of guest experiences across selected The Ritz-Carlton hotels in North America, combining hospitality with curated beauty offerings.
Guest Experiences Across Selected Hotels
The collaboration will be available at participating Ritz-Carlton properties in:
- Toronto
- Santa Barbara
- Dallas
- Washington, D.C.
- Naples
- Los Angeles
- New York (NoMad)
Guests will be able to experience co-branded Ritz-Carlton Club activations, personalised in-room beauty services and limited-edition travel kits during their stay.
Club Lounge and In-Room Experiences
Club Level guests at selected hotels will have access to a co-branded beauty cart featuring complimentary MERIT products, including:
- Great Skin Serum
- Great Skin Double Cleanse
- Clean Volume Mascara
- Flush Balm
At selected locations, MERIT beauty specialists will also offer product guidance and consultations.
Guests can additionally order curated beauty bundles through in-room dining, featuring MERIT essentials presented in a custom travel pouch.
Limited-Edition Travel Kits
The partnership also includes a limited-edition travel kit available both at participating hotels and through MERIT’s online store.
Each kit contains:
- Great Skin Serum
- Great Skin Double Cleanse
- Clean Volume Mascara
- Flush Balm in Postmodern
- Co-branded travel pouch
- Exclusive keychain
The collection has been designed for travellers looking for convenient beauty essentials during and after their stay.
Hospitality and Lifestyle Collaboration
The partnership also introduces co-branded turndown amenities, skincare samples and a ‘Minimalist Martini’, available at participating hotels alongside a sample of MERIT’s Retrospect fragrance.

Aila Morin, Chief Marketing Officer of MERIT Beauty, said the partnership reflects the brand’s focus on products designed for everyday travel while bringing its offerings into the hospitality environment for the first time.
The collaboration marks MERIT Beauty’s first hospitality partnership and will be available for a limited period across participating Ritz-Carlton properties in North America.
