Ultima Collection Appoints Noelia Magnusson as Chief Commercial Officer
Ultima Collection has announced the appointment of Noelia Magnusson as Chief Commercial Officer.

Magnusson brings over 15 years of international experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong focus on revenue optimization, distribution strategy, and commercial performance. She joins Ultima Collection from Aman Hotels & Resorts, where she served as Global Director of Revenue Management, overseeing total revenue strategy across a global portfolio while also supporting key pre-opening projects. Earlier in her career, she held senior commercial roles across the Asia-Pacific region, managing multi-property portfolios and driving performance across diverse markets.

Known for her data-driven approach, Magnusson has developed expertise across pricing, distribution, and market intelligence, enabling her to deliver targeted strategies that balance growth with long-term value creation.
In her new role, she will lead Ultima Collection’s global commercial strategy, with a focus on strengthening revenue performance, advancing digital initiatives, and driving high-value growth. Her responsibilities include refining pricing and distribution strategies, aligning commercial and brand priorities, and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance the overall guest experience. Her approach will emphasize value over volume, ensuring sustained performance across the portfolio.
As Ultima Collection continues to expand across key European destinations, including the recent opening of Ultima Promenade Gstaad, the brand remains focused on delivering highly personalized private stays that combine heritage, design, and a strong sense of place. Its portfolio spans Switzerland, France, and Greece, with properties located in destinations such as Gstaad, Crans-Montana, Geneva, Courchevel, Megève, Cannes, and Corfu.
