Bibhash Rout Appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa

Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has appointed of Bibhash Rout as Food & Beverage Manager.
Bibhash brings over 15 years of experience across leading hospitality brands, including 14 years within Hilton Hotels. Prior to this appointment, he was associated with DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, where he progressed from Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to Food & Beverage Manager.
Bibhash has also worked at Conrad Bengaluru, where he was part of the pre-opening team. He holds extensive expertise in team leadership, operational excellence, talent nurturing, revenue generation and elevating service standards.
In his new role at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley, Bibhash will strengthen the resort’s food and beverage operations, drive outlet profitability, and oversee the department’s commercial and operational performance. He will focus on team development, revenue delivery, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across all touchpoints.
