Didier Jardin Appointed General Manager of Four Seasons Resorts Bali

Didier Jardin has been appointed General Manager of Four Seasons Resorts Bali, where he will oversee operations at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay and Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan.

In his new role, Jardin will be responsible for managing both properties, focusing on operations, guest experience, and team leadership across the beachfront and riverside resorts.

Jardin brings more than three decades of experience with Four Seasons. He most recently served as General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa, where he led the property’s operations and development initiatives.
He began his career in 1994 at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. Over the years, he has held leadership roles across multiple international destinations, including Bora Bora, Mauritius, New York, Cairo, and Kuwait.
Throughout his career, Jardin has developed experience in hotel operations and team management, with a focus on building organisational culture and maintaining service standards.
“For me, luxury today is about emotional connection – how people feel when they leave a place,” says Didier. “Bali has an extraordinary energy rooted in ceremony, community and nature. My vision is to continue deepening those connections for our guests while creating an environment where our people feel inspired, empowered and genuinely proud of what they do every day.”
Originally from France, he has built an international career in hospitality, working across resort and city properties in diverse markets.
