Encalm Hospitality has announced its entry into the aviation catering sector with the launch of Encalm Skyplates, a platform focused on in-flight catering operations across key aviation hubs.

The company said the launch is part of its broader plan to build an integrated hospitality ecosystem for air travellers by extending its services beyond airport lounges and terminal experiences into onboard catering.

Skyplates, according to the company, is a large-scale culinary and logistics platform integrating food production, technology-driven operations, and aviation-focused delivery methods. It aims to launch the service at key aviation hubs to serve both domestic and international airlines.

He added that in-flight catering requires operational precision alongside service consistency, with the company focusing on maintaining hospitality standards throughout the traveller journey.

Encalm Skyplates will also focus on menu development, with a team of chefs offering a mix of international and regional cuisine. The company stated that the catering platform will be supported by a dedicated delivery fleet designed for aircraft-side operations.
