ELIVAAS Expands Portfolio to 620 Villas, Plans Growth to 1,200 by 2026

Villa hospitality platform ELIVAAS has expanded its operational portfolio to around 620 villas within two years of launch, marking steady growth in India’s organised villa hospitality segment.

Since its inception, ELIVAAS has hosted over 300,000 guests, with guest volume increasing 2.7x between December 2023 and December 2025. Growth has been driven by demand from group travel, private celebrations, and corporate off-sites seeking private, experience-focused accommodation.

Operational performance has remained consistent during the expansion phase, with approximately 95% of guest stays receiving five-star ratings. This reflects stability across service delivery, property management, and guest experience standards.

“Scaling supply while maintaining operational consistency is a key challenge in villa hospitality,” said Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO of ELIVAAS.

“For long-term sustainability, supply, demand, and guest experience must grow in parallel. Strong guest feedback provides reassurance as we enter the next stage of expansion.”

ELIVAAS currently has a strong presence across North and West India, which together account for a significant share of bookings. The platform has also expanded its experience-led offerings, with many villas offering private chefs, spa services, customised décor, live entertainment, and concierge assistance.
