APPOINTMENT
Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats has announced the appointment of Ajoy Karan as Operations Manager.
Ajoy brings over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in operational excellence, guest engagement, and team leadership. He has been a part of renowned brands, including The Leela Palace, Radisson, Marriott, and The Chunda Palace.
Before this appointment, Ajoy was associated with The Lakend, Udaipur, followed by The Marutinandan Grand, Nathdwara, where he played a key role in enhancing operational efficiencies, strengthening service culture, and elevating overall guest experiences.
Ajoy holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Services from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar. In his current role at Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, he will lead the resort’s day-to-day operations, ensure alignment with Radisson brand standards.
