Hilton Expands Presence in Türkiye With Five New Hotel Signings Across Four Brands
Hilton has announced further expansion in Türkiye with the signing of five new properties across four of its brands, reinforcing its long-standing presence in the country. The latest agreements include Antalya’s first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property, along with additional developments under the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn brands.

Mike Collini, Vice President, Development, Central and Eastern Europe, Hilton, said Türkiye remains a strategic market for the company, supported by demand across the leisure, lifestyle, and business travel segments. He noted that recent brand debuts have sustained momentum and that the new signings reflect ongoing interest in Hilton’s portfolio nationwide.
Hilton Antalya City Centre
Scheduled to open in 2028, Hilton Antalya City Centre will introduce the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to Antalya. The newly built hotel will feature 254 rooms and suites, along with a ballroom, multiple meeting rooms, a spa and wellness centre, indoor and rooftop pools, and several dining venues. The property is designed to cater to meetings, events, and leisure stays in one of Türkiye’s key tourism destinations.
DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka
Opening in spring 2026, DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka will feature 109 rooms and suites in a central location near Nişantaşı and Taksim. Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop restaurant and bar, meeting spaces, fitness amenities, and a lobby lounge, serving both business and leisure travellers.
Gist Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Expected to open in 2027, this Tapestry Collection property will feature 46 guest rooms in a neighbourhood near the Bosphorus, Galataport, and major transport links. The hotel will include a restaurant, rooftop bar, and fitness facilities, targeting travellers interested in culture and city exploration.
Hotel Istanbul Şişli, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Set to open in 2028, the 48-room Hotel Istanbul Şişli will be located in one of Istanbul’s commercial districts. The hotel will include a restaurant featuring local cuisine, two meeting rooms, and a fitness centre, with convenient access to shopping, business districts, and transportation links.
Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovası
Opening in 2027, Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovası will become the city’s first internationally branded hotel in the industrial zone of Türkiye. The hotel will feature 104 rooms, a 500-square-metre multifunctional meeting hall, a restaurant and bar, an indoor pool, a gym, and a Turkish hammam, catering to business travellers, long-stay guests, and corporate events.
In addition to the new signings, Hilton plans to open Hilton Istanbul Airport in 2026 and complete the renovation of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, further strengthening its flagship brand presence in the country.
Following the introduction of the Tapestry Collection and Canopy by Hilton brands in Türkiye in 2025, Hilton’s lifestyle portfolio is expected to continue to grow. Upcoming openings include Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton; Porto Chiara Istanbul Karakoy and Les Temps Istanbul Karakoy, both part of the Curio Collection; and Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul and Myrna Izmir Konak, both under the Tapestry Collection brand.
Guests across Hilton’s portfolio continue to have access to the Hilton Honors loyalty programme, which allows members to earn points on stays and access benefits such as digital check-in, room selection, and member-only rates.
