Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts Appoints Pushpinder Singh and Nikhil Theophilus to Strengthen Sales Leadership

Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointments of Pushpinder Singh as Regional Sales Manager – North and Nikhil Theophilus as Associate Director of Sales, as part of its efforts to strengthen sales leadership and market presence.

Pushpinder Singh- Regional Sales Manager, North

Pushpinder Singh brings over a decade of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, with expertise in corporate sales, travel trade partnerships, MICE, banquets, rooms business, and client relationship management. He has previously worked with hospitality brands including Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Park Plaza, and Hometel.

In his new role, Singh will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across North India, focusing on expanding business opportunities, strengthening market relationships, and supporting revenue performance across the company’s portfolio.

Nikhil Theophilus- Associate Director of Sales

Nikhil Theophilus joins the organisation with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector. His expertise includes sales strategy, business development, corporate sales, B2B partnerships, client management, and revenue generation. He has handled segments such as corporate accounts, airlines, embassies, weddings, and events.

As Associate Director of Sales, Theophilus will focus on strengthening sales initiatives, expanding market reach, developing strategic accounts, and supporting overall revenue growth.
