Radisson Hotels Indore Appoints Mani Ranjan Sharma as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Radisson Hotels Indore has announced the appointment of Mani Ranjan Sharma as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for Radisson Blu Indore and Radisson RED Indore, strengthening its leadership across food and beverage operations.

Mani Ranjan brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning food and beverage operations, guest experience management, team leadership, and service delivery.

Prior to this role, he served as Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre, where he oversaw operations while contributing to enhanced guest satisfaction and overall operational performance.
Over the course of his career, Mani Ranjan has been associated with renowned hospitality brands including IHCL – Taj Hotels, and IHG Hotels & Resorts. His experience spans both luxury and upscale segments, offering him a well-rounded perspective on food and beverage operations.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mani Ranjan will oversee food and beverage operations across both the properties. His key focus areas include enhancing culinary offerings, strengthening service standards, driving innovation, and elevating guest experiences across the properties.
