Eight Continents Expands Ocho Homes to Belfast and Navi Mumbai

Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts has expanded its Ocho Homes brand by adding two new properties: one located in Belfast, United Kingdom, and the other in Parsic Hill, Navi Mumbai, India. This expansion enhances the presence of Ocho Homes in both the UK and India, furthering its goal of offering comfortable and convenient extended-stay experiences.

The new Ocho Homes property in Belfast features seven rooms designed to create a cozy atmosphere in the heart of the city. This location is the second Ocho Homes property in Belfast, complementing the existing site on Wellesley Avenue and expanding the brand’s presence in a city renowned for its culture and business activity.

Ocho Homes Living Belapur has launched with ten rooms in the prime area of Parsic Hill, Navi Mumbai. Located just 22 km from Navi Mumbai Airport and close to DY Patil Stadium, it offers convenient access and modern amenities for travellers. Guests can select from two categories—Living and Lux—each designed to cater to different preferences within the extended-stay segment.

Ocho Homes combines practical design, flexible stay options, and a focus on community experiences. It caters to corporate travellers, expatriates, and long-stay guests seeking reliable and comfortable accommodations with flexible terms and a local connection.

Our approach is centred on creating thoughtfully designed spaces that balance convenience with comfort, while also carrying the character of the destinations they are part of. By strengthening the Ocho Homes identity across both established and emerging markets, we are ensuring the brand remains a preferred choice for guests looking for reliability, style, and a sense of belonging during their travels.”

Eight Continents plans to continue expanding the Ocho Homes portfolio into other markets across Asia and Europe to meet the growing demand for flexible and dependable extended-stay solutions.
