Crimson Hotels Appoints Nitin Kanchan as Executive Assistant Manager – F&B at The Aaureum

Crimson Hotels has announced the appointment of Nitin Kanchan as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at its upcoming international convention centre and five-star destination, The Aaureum.
Bringing nearly 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Kanchan brings a well-rounded background in F&B operations, pre-opening planning, and guest service leadership. Over the years, he has worked with several recognized Indian hotel brands, including The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Leela Palace Udaipur, Neemrana Hotels, Lebua Resorts Jaipur, and Sterling Elk Hill, Ooty.

Starting his career as an F&B Supervisor, Mr. Kanchan has steadily progressed into leadership roles, known for his hands-on approach and focus on team development and operational efficiency. His career includes contributions to pre-opening projects and management of large-scale resort operations.
At The Aaureum, Mr. Kanchan will oversee the food and beverage strategy across restaurants, banquets, and events. He will focus on developing dining concepts, building effective service teams, and shaping guest experiences in alignment with Crimson Hotels’ brand vision.
