Chalet Hotels Limited Announces Q2 FY26 Financial Results

Chalet Hotels Limited released its financial results for the second quarter of FY26, ending 30 September 2025. For Q2 FY26, the company reported total revenue of INR 7.4 billion, a 94% increase compared to Q2 FY25. EBITDA was INR 3.1 billion, up 98% year-on-year.

Core Business Performance (excluding residential):

  • Revenue: INR 4.6 billion, up 20% vs. Q2 FY25

  • EBITDA: INR 2.0 billion, up 25% vs. Q2 FY25

  • EBITDA Margin: 43.4%, an expansion of 1.4 percentage points

During the quarter, the company introduced ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts, positioned as a premium lifestyle hospitality brand. The Board also announced the company’s first interim dividend of INR 1 per share. Room inventory increased by 10% year-on-year, supported by acquisitions and new additions.

Chalet Hotels also reported progress on its residential development, handing over 55 units at its Koramangala, Bengaluru project during the quarter.

Hospitality Segment (Q2 FY26):

  • Occupancy: 67%

  • Average Room Rate: INR 12,170 (up 16% YoY)

  • Revenue: INR 3.8 billion (up 13% YoY)

  • EBITDA: INR 1.5 billion

Rental & Annuity Segment (Q2 FY26):

  • Revenue: INR 738 million (up 76% YoY)

  • EBITDA: INR 607 million

Residential Segment (Q2 FY26):

  • Revenue: INR 2.8 billion

  • EBITDA: INR 1.1 billion

Development Pipeline Updates:

  • Taj Hotel, Delhi Airport: On track for completion in H1 FY27

  • Varca Beachfront Resort, Goa: Expected delivery in FY28

  • Cignus II Tower, Powai: Scheduled for FY27
