Carlton Hotel Singapore Appoints Joanne Chan as Executive Assistant Manager- Sales & Marketing

Carlton Hotel Singapore has announced the appointment of Joanne Chan as its new Executive Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing.

This appointment comes at a time when the property is planning to increase strategic growth and strengthen its market leadership.

Joanne brings with her extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having most recently worked at Carlton City Hotel Singapore, the hotel’s sister property. She holds expertise in team leadership, marketing, generating revenue and driving sales strategies.

Over the course of her career, Joanne held key positions with established international hospitality brands, including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

In her new role, Joanne will oversee the Carlton Hotel Singapore’s sales, marketing, and communications functions, focusing on elevating brand visibility, optimizing revenue performance, and creating impactful guest experiences.
