Bengaluru to Host Travel MICE & Corporate Show 2026
Bengaluru will host the Travel MICE & Corporate Show 2026 on 10–11 January 2026, bringing together stakeholders from India’s corporate travel and MICE sectors. The two-day B2B event will be held at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel and is expected to support the continued development of business tourism in the country.
The event will convene corporate travel buyers, MICE planners, event suppliers, and destination partners for structured business interactions. Designed as an invite-only platform, the show will focus on pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings to enable targeted discussions and potential collaborations among industry decision-makers.
Travel MICE & Corporate Show 2026 aims to position Bengaluru as a key location for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions by highlighting its infrastructure, connectivity, and capacity to host large-scale business events. The format is designed to facilitate efficient networking and practical outcomes for participants in corporate travel and event planning.
MICE tourism remains an essential component of India’s broader tourism strategy. The Ministry of Tourism has identified business events, conferences, and exhibitions as drivers of tourism-led economic activity, contributing to hotel occupancy, transport demand, and employment generation.
Karnataka’s tourism department has also prioritised Bengaluru’s role in business tourism. Ongoing investments in convention facilities, urban infrastructure, and transport connectivity have strengthened the city’s appeal as a host destination for corporate meetings and industry events. Destination marketing efforts further support this positioning by promoting the city’s business districts, cultural sites, and urban amenities to visiting delegates.
In addition, government initiatives such as the planned establishment of city-level convention promotion bureaus are expected to simplify engagement for event organisers and improve destination coordination. These measures align with the objectives of the Travel MICE & Corporate Show 2026, which aims to increase Bengaluru’s visibility in the domestic and international MICE markets.

By attracting industry participants to the city, the event is also expected to generate spillover benefits for local hospitality, transport, and service providers. Business travellers attending the show may extend their stays, contributing to tourism activity beyond the event itself.
As India continues to expand its focus on business tourism, the Travel MICE & Corporate Show 2026 underscores the growing role of corporate events in sustaining tourism and economic development. The event positions Bengaluru as an active participant in this segment and reinforces its relevance within the evolving MICE landscape.
