APPOINTMENT
Lords Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Axat Sharma as the new General Manager – Learning & Development.
Axat holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI.
Over the years, Axat has worked with renowned hospitality brands where he has designed and implemented training programs, strengthened talent development initiatives, and supported employee growth.
His experience in nurturing people and building effective learning frameworks has contributed to organizational success.
In his new role, Axat will lead the Learning & Development team at Lords Hotels & Resorts. He will focus on building skills, creating growth opportunities for employees, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
