APPOINTMENT
Evolve Back Resorts has announced the appointment of Ashutosh Shukla as the new Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Evolve Back Hampi.
With around six years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ashutosh has been associated with renowned brands, including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Udaipur, The Serai Resorts, and Marriott International.
He started his career as a trainee in Marriott and The Serai Resorts where he developed his skills in Food & Beverage Operations and Guest Services.
Prior to this appointment, he was appointed as Senior F&B Manager at Vantara Niwas in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
In his new role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Ashutosh will assist the F&B Manager with daily operations, staff supervision and ensuring elevated standards. Key responsibilities will involve managing inventory and costs, handling customer complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting menu planning and marketing efforts.
