Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt has announced two new leadership appointments strengthening its internal team.
Abhishek Sabherwal- Appointed as Director of Sales
Abhishek holds over two decades of diverse experience in luxury hospitality, sales, strategic planning, customer relationship management and business development.
He joins Andaz Delhi from The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, where he most recently held the role of Director of Sales. Over the years, he has led high-performing teams, managed global key accounts, and built impactful strategies to strengthen revenue streams across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
His career journey spans across renowned hospitality brands such as The Grand New Delhi, Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Sahibabad, and ITC Maurya Sheraton & Towers, New Delhi.
Abhishek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Goa, and has completed executive programs in Digital Marketing and Analytics from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Harsh Bhatt- Appointed as the new Director of Security
With a career spanning over two decades in security management, Harsh brings with him extensive expertise in safeguarding luxury hotels, crisis management, fraud prevention, business continuity, planning large commercial complexes, and high-footfall destinations, along with a track record of building security frameworks.
His professional journey includes leadership roles with IHG Hotels & Resorts, DLF Cyber City, and most recently 32ND Vistas Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded security operations across multiple sites.
Over the years, he has led initiatives such as NSG-led anti-terror drills, crisis and disaster management programs, and large-scale event security. He has also been recognised with industry accolades, including the PAM India Award.
In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the hotel’s overall security operations, driving proactive risk management strategies, and ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s global standards of care and safety.
