American Airlines to Introduce Holiday Travel Deals for Cyber Week

American Airlines Rolls Out New Tech To Simplify Summer Travel | TravelPulse

American Airlines will soon introduce a range of travel deals across Cyber Week, including Black Friday and Travel Tuesday, offering customers opportunities to plan trips for the year ahead. The offers will be available beginning 28 November on aa.com.

As part of the promotion, American will provide savings of up to 50% on the purchase of up to 500,000 AAdvantage miles from 28 November to 2 December. AAdvantage members will receive early access to both flight and mileage offers. Travellers who are not yet members can sign up at no cost to access programme benefits, rewards, and additional travel options.

Caroline Clayton, Chief Marketing Officer at American Airlines, said the upcoming offers reflect the airline’s efforts to support travel planning for 2026 by providing access to flight and mileage savings for a variety of trip purposes, including reconnecting with family and friends or earning AAdvantage miles.

American has introduced more than 65 new routes this year, including over 25 from Chicago O’Hare (ORD), with additional routes planned in 2026. Upcoming destinations include:

  • Vero Beach, Florida (VRB): Nonstop service begins 12 February 2026, offering access to coastal leisure activities.

  • Bimini, Bahamas (BIM): Service starts 14 February 2026, connecting travellers to island-based recreation and marine excursions.

  • Prague, Czech Republic (PRG): Summer service begins 21 May 2026 to a city known for its historic architecture and cultural sites.

  • Budapest, Hungary (BUD): Service begins 21 May 2026, providing access to landmarks along the Danube and the city’s thermal bath culture.

  • Auckland, New Zealand (AKL): Seasonal flights operate from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Los Angeles (LAX), with DFW service offering Flagship Suite seating on Boeing 787-9 aircraft starting 5 January 2026.

  • Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD): Year-round service continues, connecting travellers with coastal recreation and resort stays.
