Grand Mercure Mysore has announced the appointment of Ambika Prasad Ghosh as the new Food & Beverage Manager.

Ambika holds over 11 years of extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked with some renowned names in Indian hospitality, including IHG, The Lalit, and Pride Hotels.
Before his appointment at Grand Mercure Mysore, Ambika served as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, where he played a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.
His strategic leadership and hands-on approach have been instrumental in enhancing both team performance and guest experience. Known for his collaborative style, he works closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.
In his current role at Grand Mercure Mysore, Ambika spearheads the food and beverage operations with a focus on elevating service standards, maximising revenue growth, and ensuring memorable dining experience for guests.
His expertise spans across operational management, innovative menu development, food safety compliance, budget forecasting, cost control, and managing large-scale banquet and outdoor catering operations.
